When we made the move to computerizing our inventory, did we have a whiz kid or what? I'm not sure, but I think Charles had that computer doing things it was never intended to do. He was working "in the back" doing things with the computer (entering the inventory). Exceptions came up, as they usually do, and Charles would simply do some very creative things with that computer that impressed me.

Charles will usually be found at the sales counter now, so when you call or walk in, you will most likely be greeted by Charles. That is, if Junior doesn't beat him to it.
