| Gary Dersch has been with us since August 17, 1988. Gary could best be described as the leading member of the support team. We primarily engage in indoor dismantling in our Assembly Plant No.1 (Sorry
I meant Disassembly Plant No. 1) After the initial disassembly, the autos reside outside and, of course, Gary is no stranger to trudging out in the rain, snow, sleet of winter and the sweltering heat and humidity of summer to retrieve that one part that was not removed initially. Gary has also attained a high level of proficiency in the use of the interchange manuals. In addition to removing parts for inventory, he can determine and identify the parts to be removed, tagged and placed in their proper location along with providing accurate information for entering the parts into the computerized inventory.
